Our Work It Out programme aims to make fitness easy and fun by bringing it to the workplace, with 30 minute sessions delivered weekly by fully qualified Personal Trainers, supported by nutritionists and specialists in lifestyle change. The sessions can be delivered before or after work or during lunch times.
