Helen Vass is an award winning pastry chef based in Glasgow, Scotland and runs her own patisserie & consultancy business, Dulce by Helen Vass.

She recently collaborated with the world-renowned award winning restaurant, The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye. Helen was the winner of the Callebaut Patissereie Chef of the Year 2017 award at the CIS (Catering in Scotland) Excellence awards and also won the Dessert Gold Medal for her work at the Scottish Food Awards & Academy this year.

Helen has done dessert menu and afternoon tea pop ups all over the country in places such as London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Gleneagles and Tenerife. In May 2016, Helen was part of the winning team on BBC2’s Bake Off Creme de la Creme, hosted by Tom Kerridge.

Helen has worked in kitchens in Scotland, Barcelona and Singapore and has trained with some of the best pastry chefs in Spain.
