Hi I’m Lynne Kennedy, Founder of Business Women Scotland, and I’ve spent the past 18 years supporting, connecting, and celebrating women in business across Scotland.
Through our Programme for Growth Membership Platform, we provide year-round support for women at the growth stage of their business journey — with expert advice, peer connection, and access to trusted resources.
We also host the Business Women Scotland Awards, recognising the incredible achievements of women leading the way in business.
In 2021, I was proud to receive an MBE for services to women in business — but the real reward is watching women grow with confidence and support.
