Founded during the 2009 financial crisis, Business Women Scotland (BWS) was established to provide a vital platform for women in business, offering them a voice and valuable opportunities to connect within the business and corporate world. Since then, BWS has grown into a thriving community, supporting women entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders in their journey to success.

In 2022, Lynne Kennedy MBE launched Business Women Connections, a franchise business aimed at expanding the reach of BWS across the UK. Our vision is to establish a franchise in every major city, providing women in business with a powerful network, mentorship, and resources to help them succeed.
